Hey, it’s Willie. I’m incredibly energized by the intersection of myth and history. A fellow New Yorker, a 19th-century scribe by the name of Washington Irving, was also energized by this same combination. Old Washington spent a lifetime honing his experiences in the richest of literature. In this reading, I have selected his tale “The Legend of the Three Beautiful Princesses” as found in his genre forging tome “Tales of the Alhambra”. It’s a myth from the seaside fortress town of Salobreña, a city I visited last month. Enjoy!
